Are Your Homes Custom Built or Modular?
Homes are completely cut and built, including foundation/basement, brick by brick and stick by stick on your improved lot in a turn key, ready to move into condition.
Do You Have Building Lots or Developments?
We are primarily an “on your lot” custom builder, and do not inventory land, thereby reducing overhead costs, which enable us to offer the lowest possible prices to our Buyers. However we are involved in small developments as
indicated on our Land & Financing Page. We maintain lists of available lots and land within our building area for our Buyers benefit.
Do You Have Financing Available for Your Homes?
We usually build homes financed by local lenders. However we do have several preferred Lenders available who will meet with you at our locations taking applications and answering questions, to assist buyers in the process.
What Type of Warranty Do You Offer?
We offer up to a 12 Year Limited Warranty on every home we build. Length of warranty will vary from State to State, depending on their requirements or restrictions.

Do You Have Options Available in Your Homes?
We offer lists of options for all homes we build including limited customization. New Home Consultants will advise buyers on availability of changes or upgrades desired.
Do You Have Model Homes Open for Inspection?
We hold frequent open houses in homes we are building, during construction and after completion of the home, providing the opportunity of viewing many different models.
Why Should We Consider Building a New Home Rather Than Buying One that is Already Built?
We provide the lowest possible prices from our big builder buying power, low overhead and no built in land development costs. Building your own new home allows you the opportunity to select the design and features you want included in your home. You also select and help plan the building site and can visually inspect your home while it is built.
Do You Do Any Customization or Building From Owner's Plans?
We do limited customization in our American Country Classic/Masterpiece Series homes. In addition we will price out and build a home from your plans, using our specifications.
Can We Provide Any of the Work (Sweat Equity) on Our New Home?
We do allow Customers to handle certain phases of the work on their new home, such as site work and lot improvements, purchasing their own lighting fixtures, cabinets and floor coverings.
What is the Length of Time that is Required to Buy and Build a New Home?
We cannot give an exact prediction of the time needed to complete your home due to the many variables that have an effect. There is the time to complete the purchase, obtain permits and financing, size and complexity of the home and the construction time. We will give you our best estimate once we can assess all of these variables together.
